British Standards (BS) - CERTIFIRE Labelled Doors
These doors meet the British Standards and are tested in
accordance to BS 476 Part 20 and Part 22.
CERTIFIRE is an independent third party certification program
that assures performance, quality, reliability and traceability of fire protection products. It is
recognised by regulatory authorities worldwide and is an internationally respected mark of fire safety
considered as one of the most authoritative in the industry.
The CERTIFIRE fire program assures
customers that manufacturers adhere to the design and materials used in a successful fire test given that
the manufacture of the test samples are witnessed by CERTIFIRE inspectors. This Label acts as a validation
program to assure conformity of the product to the tested procedure.
The doors are affixed with a
CERTIFIRE Metal label on the door leaf and frames with the respective file number as well as details of
the fire rating and type. The file number can be checked online at the CERTIFIRE Warrington website for
cross verification of company claims by clients should they desire to do so.

Door Preparation and Hardware:
All doors are pre-engineered at the plant to receive prior selected hardware. The doors are delivered to customers along with hardware of approved or select brands meeting the respective fire standards.
